What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that items purchased on sale are considered final sale.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 7-10 business days for provincial areas. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, GCash, and Bank Transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page includes a specific size guide with measurements in inches. Since our silhouettes vary, we recommend checking the 'Size & Fit' tab for every item before purchasing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. However, we are looking into expanding our shipping services to international customers in the near future.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
